Shipping And Delivery
Purchases are shipped from our warehouse by reputed courier agencies.

Domestic Orders (India):
- All domestic orders are processed within 2 business days.
- Delivery is expected within 3-7 business days.
- For remote locations, it may take between 9-14 working days.
- Please note that the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic may cause logistical disruptions.

International Orders:
- Currently, we are not shipping to international locations.
- International shipping will be initiated soon.

Delivery Timings:
- Deliveries will be made between 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday – Saturday (excluding public holidays).
- Ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery. If not, suggest an alternative person. We don't take responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

Damage and Complaints:
- Brand is not responsible for damage after delivery.
- For any order-related complaints, please email us at ecommerce@pamcosmetic.com within 48 hours of delivery for resolution.

Shipping and Handling Charges:
- Rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, etc.
- Shipping and handling charges are provided at checkout before payment.

Shipping Charges (India Orders):
- FREE SHIPPING on prepaid orders above Rs 499 throughout India.
- For orders below Rs 499, a shipping charge of Rs 50 will be levied.

Next Day Delivery Option:
- Order delivered on the next day.
- Flat rate of Rs.150.00.
- Valid for orders placed between 12 AM and 3 PM on working days (Monday to Friday).
