Are your perfumes suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes, our perfumes are dermatologically tested and formulated with skin-friendly ingredients. However, we recommend a patch test if you have highly sensitive skin or known allergies.

 

How do I avail your ongoing promotions?

To avail ongoing promotions, simply add eligible products to your cart after which Customer will have the option to select their preferred free product before completing the purchase.. No promo code needed!

 

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact our support team within 48 hours with clear photos or videos. We'll promptly arrange a replacement or full refund.

 

What is your refund policy?

French Factor products are crafted with care, and due to hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if your product arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately with your order details and a picture of the damaged item at ecommerce@pamcosmetic.com.

Products are not subject to return due to issues in lasting preferences and as lasting changes for most customers as per usage of skin-type and weather

Do you offer exchanges instead of refunds?

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. However, if you've received a damaged product, we’ll process a refund once the issue is verified.

 

How do I cancel an order I just placed? 

To cancel your order, simply inform us during the dispatch confirmation call or You'll also receive a WhatsApp confirmation, where you can confirm or cancel your order. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
