Refund Policy

We appreciate your trust in French Factor, and we want to ensure you have the best
experience with our products. Please take a moment to review our Refund & Replacement Policy:

1. Non-Returnable Items:
French Factor products are crafted with care, and due to hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if your product arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately with your order details and a picture of the damaged item at ecommerce@pamcosmetic.com.


2. Refund or Replacement Request:
If you need a refund or replacement, kindly email us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Attach images of the product, invoice, inner & outer packaging, and batch number to ecommerce@pamcosmetic.com. We will respond within 48-72 hours.


3. Processing Time:
Please allow us 10 to 15 days from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. We may contact you to understand the damage or defect before issuing a refund or replacement.


4. Eligibility for Refund or Exchange:
You are eligible for a full refund or exchange without additional charges if your case
involves:
- Missing accessories
- Damaged or broken bottles/packaging
- Wrong product delivery
- Expired product delivery

5. Handling a Wrong Product Delivery:
If you received the wrong product, keep it safe, saleable, and undamaged in its original
packaging. Retain the invoice, and our courier partner will pick up the product.

6. Returns Not Accepted If:
- The product is used
- It lacks an invoice
- The batch number and price are tampered with
- It lacks its original packaging

7. Pilferage Claims:
Claims for pilferage must be made within 48 hours of order delivery.

8. Refund Exclusions:
Products won't be eligible for a refund if:
- Adequate information about the case is not provided
- Snapshots of the invoice, packet, and box (if any) are not provided

9. Damages and Allergies:
Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application are not covered. Exchange for products due to allergic reactions is not applicable.

10. Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed via bank transfers, and no cash refunds will be made. Please allow our team 10-15 business days post-refund initiation for online refunds.

11. Cancellation Policy:
Orders once dispatched are not eligible for cancellation.
